Mic Malloy brings with him years of experience with smoked meats and good eats. He spent years perfecting his craft while working with his grandfather in Alabama. Mic has taken old family recipes and made them his own, even developing several gluten-free sauces and gravies. Be sure to ask about our gluten free options! He also has several years of experience in restaurant management.Hanna Burkle brings several years of restaurant service and management. She works behind the scenes with catering customers as well as social media management .
Together they have created Rolling Smoke Barbeque with award-winning brisket and burnt ends. They are planning to open a restaurant in the winter of 2018.
